How to book

Booking an Encounters Europe educational tour couldn’t be simpler. Just follow our 3 step booking process:

Make a provisional booking
- Call us on 0870 121 9953 or fill our quotation request form on this website to make a no obligation booking.
- Let us know your preferred destination, dates and group size.

Promote your tour
- To help you to promote your tour, we will send you a Planner Pack and a Party Leader handbook containing essential information along with a booking form and promotional material.

Confirm the booking
- Return your completed booking form with a first deposit of £25 per paying person for coach trips, or £75 for air trips, within 21 days to secure your booking.
- We will send you our Confirmation of Booking with details of arrangements.
- Pay a second deposit of 30% of the tour price 8 weeks later.
- Send us your itinerary planner for us to book your desired visits.
- Final payment is due 10 weeks before departure.
- We will forward your final travel details, itineraries and luggage labels after receipt of your final payment and final forms.
